David Jonas
David is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Building Practitioners Board (DB-U21959).
David is also a member of the Masters Builders Association of Victoria.
He has worked in the building industry since 1996, when he won the Western Melbourne Institute of Technology – best first year apprentice.
After finishing his apprenticeship in 2001, he worked as a carpentry subcontractor and then as a site supervisor/foreman for several well-respected builders, before becoming a registered builder in 2004.
David’s role includes the following:
- Site supervisor & foreman
- Supervision of employees and sub contractors.
- Leading carpenter, tiler and other trades
- Estimating & quoting

Andrew Jonas
Andrew worked as an accountant in public practice and in industry from 1997 to 2004 before joining Jonas Construction.
Andrew completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) at Swinburne University where he won the William Buck prize for best first and second year accounting student.
Andrew completed his Chartered Accountancy (CA) Graduate Diploma and became a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 2003.
Andrew’s role includes the following:
- Estimating & quoting
- Project management and administration
- Contract administration
- Business adminstration
- Financial and accounting management
- Trades assistant/site labouring
